Whether you are an emerging fashion designer, fiber artist, or sewing enthusiast, we have the space and the tools to make your design aspirations come to life.
Private Studio Membership

Dedicated 12’x12’ studio space within StitchWorks, featuring cutting table, natural light and a private door.
Includes Key Holder access (but no additional shared storage, as studio space will serve this purpose).
Full access to StitchWorks equipment and resources.
Studios can be rented on a month to month basis, following an initial lease of 3 months.
A Certificate of Insurance is required for private studio rentals. The general liability policy must cover any assistants or collaborators who will be working within the studio.

Two studios are available for private rental at $350 and $300, based on the size of the studio.
All Access Membership

24/7 access to StitchWorks with a keycode, allowing entry through the main exterior entrance.
No limit on studio entry each month.
Shared storage space with a dedicated large wire shelf. Additional storage can be added.
Full access to StitchWorks equipment and resources.

$150/month, with an initial lease of 3 months.
Open Studio Membership

Access to the Stitchworks studio and machines during set hours, up to 4 times per month.
A Stitchworks staffer will be present during open studio hours and give you access to the space.
Shared storage space with a dedicated large wire shelf. Additional storage can be added.
Full access to StitchWorks equipment and resources.
For students enrolled in private lessons that are finishing a final project, a code holder membership can be purchased for a one month term.

Yes, all membership tiers require an initial 3-month commitment. After that, they can be renewed on a month-to-month basis.

StitchWorks Slack community and monthly studio schedule

Yes. Members can upgrade to a different tier after the initial 3-month term if space allows.

StitchWorks provides professional-grade equipment and tools. You’re welcome to bring personal tools, but the basics are available onsite.

Yes. You must provide a Certificate of Insurance with general liability coverage. If you have assistants, they must be covered by your policy as well.

In order for any collaborators to utilize the Stitchworks space and equipment, they must also be a member and have completed a Skill 1 course.
Private Studio renters can have guests in their space, which can be used for independent projects, small-batch production, or collaborative work with others in the community. Guests who are not members cannot use community equipment.

If you enjoy sewing as a hobby or a creative outlet, we definitely recommend one of our memberships! In order to utilize Stitchworks equipment, we’ll need you to take a Skill 1 course or setup a private class to learn the industrial machines.
