Halloween Community Sew (bring your home machines!)
Halloween Community Sew - no Skill 1 required if you bring your home machines or pay $10 to rent one from our space

PREREQUISITE: Intro to Industrial Sewing/Skill 1 if you use INDUSTRIAL MACHINES
No prerequisite if you are bringing your own machine or renting a HOME machine
**THIS CLASS COINCIDES WITH OUR WITCH HAT CLASS - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WITCH HAT MATERIALS - THAT IS A SEPARATE COST**
Independent Sew provides an opportunity for individuals to advance their sewing skills, working on existing projects or initiating new ones. This session is tailored towards working on your Halloween costumes and decor ! The session coincides with an SW class, hence, availability might be limited.
We are trying out a new model of classes by letting YOU bring YOUR home machine and work in our space, a new way to experience community and get advice from professionals!
If you would like to rent a HOME machine from our space, pick from the slots below and choose RENT MACHINE and add to cart. This is ONLY for home machines, IF you sign up for this class and have previously taken Skill 1 you are allowed to use the Industrial Machines.
A SW team member will be present to assist, but largely, participants will be managing their projects independently within the SW facility. StitchWorks offers access to our professional-grade straight stitch and sergers machines, cutting tables, sewing/cutting equipment, iron, and basic colored threads. Participants are required to bring their own materials, including the project pattern/instructions. If a specific thread color is needed to match the project, it must be provided by the participant.
* Those who have completed our ISC program or our teen summer programs are welcome to attend as well.
CLASS CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to cancel class if not enough students sign up to participate. Should that happen, you will receive a full refund.
If there is a need for you to cancel your registration for a class StitchWorks requires an email stating cancelation to info@stitchworksindy.com, a minimum of 7 days prior to scheduled class, to receive a refund. StitchWorks does not reschedule missed classes.
