Saturday EVENING September 12th, 2026, 3pm-7pm
Transform an old jacket or shirt into a one-of-a-kind wearable piece in this creative upcycle sewing class! Students will learn how to customize garments by applying fabric appliqués to create unique designs, patterns, and artistic details. This class is a fun way to explore personal style while giving new life to clothing you already own.

LEVEL: Beginner
MINIMUM AGE: 16 (Teen Camp Students below age 16 are welcome to join as well)
PREREQUISITE: Skill 1 required
FABRIC AND SUPPLIES: Jacket or Button Up Shirt, woven - not stretch or too thick (think denim jacket, khaki, etc), Fabric for applique is provided but you may bring your own!
All other supplies will be provided.
COURSE DURATION: 4 hour class
CLASS CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to cancel class if not enough students sign up to participate. Should that happen, you will receive a full refund.
If there is a need for you to cancel your registration for a class StitchWorks requires an email stating cancellation to info@stitchworksindy.com, a minimum of 7 days prior to scheduled class, to receive a refund. StitchWorks does not reschedule missed classes.
